Almond Icebox Cookie

This very classic cookie was a Van de Kamp favorite, shaped similarly to the Cherry Nut Shortbread. The dough contains warm spices and little almond pieces and almond paste blended into the batter for a rich nutty flavor and texture. Perfectly crisp and sized for your afternoon tea!
