Boterkoek

Part tart, part cookie, all deliciousness! Made by request for my Dutch customers at the Irvine farmers market (dankuwel), this wonderful treat is remeniscent of an almond croissant with tender, buttery and rich almond flavors. Topped with toasted almonds, it can be served in wedge slices and freezes beautifully. Lekkerste!
