Born out of love for a dear and supportive friend with Celiac disease, these cookies have become ever so popular at the Van de Kamp’s Bakery farmer’s market events. They have been carefully baked with very thoughtful ingredients for the discerning sweet tooth, and have evolved to include what we all look for in a cookie: the perfect balance of softness, moisture and toastiness, and just the right amount of sweetness in its layers of flavor.
