At Van de Kamp's Bakery, decades ago, their talented bakers produced Windmill Cookies, a traditional shape and dough to honor the iconic symbol of the company. This resurrected cookie contains a combination of spices known to the Dutch people as "Speculaas." A gingersnap with hints of cardamom and pepper, you'll travel to Holland and to 1930's Los Angeles with your cup of tea! Wat lekker! (How tasty!)
