At Van de Kamp's Bakery, decades ago, Windmill Cookies were made with a traditional ginger dough to honor the iconic symbol of the company. This resurrected cookie contains a combination of spices known to the Dutch people as "Speculaas." You'll travel to Holland and to 1930's Los Angeles with one bite! Wat lekker!
